Every team may request (via email to the administrative office at 24orefeltre@gmail.com) a space to set up an area for providing assistance to the team’s athletes and to serve as a meeting place for the team and its supporters. The request must include the code identifying the space in the layout and the vehicles/equipment that the team intends to use.
When equipping the area, the team is required to comply with certain safety regulations, which can be read in this document:
On the afternoon of Friday, June 12, the event safety manager, together with a member of the organizing committee, will inspect the assigned areas to verify compliance with the above-mentioned rules. The organizing committee will take action (ranging from penalty laps to team expulsion from the event) in the event of noncompliance with these rules.
AREAS RESERVED FOR TEAMS
On the route MAP, you will find the team areas identified by green rectangles.
- Via Campo Mosto: At the end of the climb after the exchange area
- Pra del Moro: The parking lot near the information point and green space where the horse races are held during the Palio di Feltre**
- Pra del Vescovo: The parking lot next to the camper area**
- Parking lot below the ice rink: Along Via Marconi, below the ice rink
** In areas 2 and 3 it is possible to use vehicles, campers, shelters, and gazebos. For safety and security reasons, the larger the structures, the more stringent the safety measures required.

For safety and security reasons, each team is required to strictly adhere to the designated and assigned square footage.
